Trace it with your eyes for a few minutes.
Trace it with your eyes in the opposite direction for a few minutes.
Hold your thumb as far in front of you as possible and focus on it.
Bring it within a few inches of your face and focus on it.
Repeat five more times.
Find three objects: one that is fifty feet away, one that is twenty feet away, and one that is five feet away.
Focus on each one for thirty seconds.
Repeat five more times.
