SLEEP: devoting our selves to rest so our bodies can restore and our brains can remove debris

NUTRITION: consuming nutritious ingredients

MOVEMENT: incorporating small actions throughout the day every day that promote flexibility

CREATIVITY: expressing our curiosity and talents

EARTHING: being barefoot on grass or in sand at the water’s edge and walking in nature

PROCESSING: detangling our emotions, leaving the past in the past, and knowing that worry is unnecessary future-gazing

PURPOSE: contemplating why we are in the world and determining how to serve
