MOVEMENT

Do something different every day to train your brain to make new neural pathways and prevent habituation.
Carrying bags, cleaning baseboards, dancing to your favorite tunes while you stretch, doing laundry, moving furniture, organizing closets, reaching under the sofa to remove dust, re-arranging decor, shaking your body to dislodge the cobwebs, sorting kitchen cabinets, using the stairs instead of the elevator, walking a longer distance than usual in the parking lot, washing windows. Everything counts !
What one activity can you add today that tells your body you choose to be more flexible, functional, and limber ?
Stop as soon as you have pain. Accept that it’s a signal to find another way.
