CHOICES THAT HONOR YOU

Once we can calmly and rationally identify our values that we modify continuously as needed, we align our selves to what is personally important.

We have the clarity to know we can consciously create the life we want.

As we forge our way toward decision-making, we must possess self-inquiry and the reality of help and harm.

Would this choice help me ? How would it help me ? Am I integrating my BrainBodyBEing in this decision ? Does the decision allow me autonomy ?

Conversely, would this choice harm me ? How would it harm me ? Is the harm worth the risk ?Would I be willing to bear the consequences of the harm ? Why ?

What is my best course of action ?

How do I proceed ?

Unless it is an emergency situation, it makes sense to allow your self time to process.

Taking a breath, waiting to see what thoughts occur to us the following day, allowing our selves to use all the resources our practices have provided for us to guide us.

Ultimately, can we acknowledge that our journey to awareness, balance, fulfillment, and growth rest on choices that honor us ?
